We have recovered over $200 Million for our clients in the last decade: From railroad crossing accidents to traumatic brain injury cases, we have handled it all.

Because each case is different, Beale, Micheaels, Slack & Shughart cannot guarantee that the result in your case will be identical or even similar to the results in our other cases. The following is, however,  a list of some of our results for clients over the years:

  • Recovered $1.36 million in third-party insurance bad faith claim on behalf of seriously injured passenger involved in single-car rollover accident where at-fault driver had $15,000 liability policy limit.

  • Jury verdict for $1.25 million for Maricopa County in a case in which a medical insurance company refused to pay its share of a medical malpractice jury verdict against a physician insured by the medical insurance company and working for Maricopa County.
